Warehouse Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's organizational processes and implementing necessary improvements. Key duties include supporting the human resources team in recruitment and hiring, developing and implementing policies and strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency, and fostering a positive and engaging company culture.

Responsibilities

Cost Management and Revenue Initiatives:

• Develop and implement cost-saving strategies and initiatives to enhance the company’s overall revenue goals.
• Assess and analyze company budgets to identify ways to minimize expenses and optimize profits, ensuring financial efficiency.

Operational Oversight:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
• Maintain regular communication with senior management regarding shifting company priorities and ongoing projects, ensuring alignment and clarity.

Problem Solving and Efficiency Maximization:

• Identify potential problems and points of friction within the organization and develop effective solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue.
• Recognize opportunities to expand or adjust strategies in response to market changes, ensuring the company remains competitive and agile.

Employee Motivation and Engagement:

• Encourage and motivate employees to perform at their best through positive reinforcement and incentive initiatives, fostering a productive and positive work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
