Fabulous Events is seeking a disciplined, hands-on Operations Manager to lead warehouse and logistics execution with structure, accountability, and consistency.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

2+ years in warehouse or operations management

Proven experience leading teams and holding accountability

Strong planning, organization, and decision-making skills

Experience with logistics, inventory, and workflow execution

Comfortable using systems and technology (HubSpot, Teams, shipping/WMS)

Hands-on leader comfortable in a warehouse environment (lift up to 50 lbs)

Spanish-speaking is a plus

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Lead:

Lead warehouse and logistics teams with clear priorities, accountability, and respect while upholding safety and quality standards.

Execute:

Own all inbound, outbound, and delivery operations by enforcing SOPs, aligning labor to demand, and closing orders accurately and on time.

Control:

Control labor, costs, equipment, and systems through planning, tracking, and early problem identification.

Coordinate:

Coordinate warehouse, sales, and client services to align capacity, timelines, and execution with client expectations.

This role requires planning, structure, and follow-through — not reactionary operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
