We are hiring an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead operations within a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for overseeing warehouse logistics, inventory control, safety compliance, and team leadership while driving efficiency and productivity across the operation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES

• Overseeing warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management

• Leading and developing supervisors, drivers, and warehouse staff

• Managing staffing, scheduling, and workflow planning

• Ensuring safety compliance and facility standards

• Monitoring operational performance and implementing improvements

• Maintaining warehouse equipment, vehicles, and facilities

• Supporting operational planning and cost control

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years warehouse leadership experience with a Bachelor’s degree

OR 6+ years of warehouse/operations experience

• Experience managing teams in a warehouse or distribution setting

• Knowledge of inventory control, shipping, and logistics operations

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word)
