Warehouse Operations Supervisor

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Ensure timely inbound and outbound movement as per SLA and customer requirements.
• Monitor productivity and optimize manpower deployment.
• Ensure accurate inventory control and stock reconciliation.
• Conduct cycle counts and support physical stock audits.
• Train team on SOPs, safety, and process improvements.
• Maintain all warehouse documentation (GRN, Dispatch Notes, Gate Pass, etc.).
• Update daily operational MIS and share reports with management.
• Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal teams.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations & inventory control
• Team handling and manpower supervision
• Basic knowledge of WMS / ERP systems
• Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations
• Experience in logistics / 3PL / FMCG warehouse preferred

Role Type: Under Vendor payroll

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
