We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operator to join our team and contribute to our distribution warehouse in Narangba. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the preparation of orders in advance of product distribution, monitoring quality of the distributed product, and ensuring the efficient and safe distribution of goods. This position requires attention to detail, reliability, a strong work ethic and a commitment to upholding our company values.

The Role

As a Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Pick and packing orders
• Maintaining a strong focus on health and safety at all times
• Carrying out general warehouse duties
• Adhering to all work instructions, policies, and procedures
• Unloading and loading trucks
• Operating a forklift
• Ensuring general cleanliness of the workplace

You will have:

• Previous experience in a warehousing environment (preferred)
• A strong commitment to safety and quality standards
• Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team
• Flexibility to work overtime, when required
• A current Driver's Licence
• Physical fitness to perform manual and repetitive tasks
• Reliability and motivation to contribute to team success
