Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and dependable Warehouse Operators to join our team in Cockeysville, Maryland. This role plays a critical part in supporting daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, material handling, and equipment operation.

The ideal candidate will ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment

• Use RF scanners to accurately pick products from warehouse locations
• Verify product quantities and quality before packing
• Properly pack, seal, and label shipments according to company standards
• Prepare outbound orders for timely and accurate shipment

Material Handling

• Load and unload trailers and containers safely and efficiently
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Transport materials throughout the facility as needed

Inventory & Organization

• Stack and store merchandise in designated warehouse locations
• Maintain organized aisles and storage areas
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives

Equipment & Safety

• Perform daily equipment inspections, including forklifts and other warehouse tools
• Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures
• Maintain a clean and hazard free work environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, carry, and stand for extended periods.
• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move products safely using proper techniques
• Safety and proper lifting practices must be followed at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Forklift certification or willingness to become certified
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
