Position Summary:

The Warehouse Person is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the warehouse, including accurate inventory management, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This role plays a vital part in ensuring efficient logistical support across the organization. Deliver parts, materials and supplies to technicians in the field. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Process and prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirements.
• Load and unload materials from delivery trucks.
• Organize and maintain inventory using our warehouse management system.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Ensure warehouse safety standards are followed at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Coordinate with team members at different locations to fulfill inventory and parts needs.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
• Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training will be provided).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to different locations as needed.
