Warehouse Production Associate

Job Overview
The Production & Shipping Associate is responsible for filling grease cartridges with various grease formulations, packaging finished products into cases, and maintaining the grease filling station by replacing empty drums and reinstalling drum pumps as needed. This role also involves assisting the shipping department by organizing outgoing packages for USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, maintaining a clean work environment, removing trash, and assisting warehouse and shipping personnel with daily operational needs. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to work across multiple departments to help ensure efficient production and order fulfillment.

Duties

• Fill grease tubes with various grease formulations according to production requirements.
• Package finished grease tubes into cases of 10 and prepare them for inventory or shipment.
• Monitor grease filling stations and refill as needed to maintain production efficiency.
• Remove and replace empty 55-gallon grease drums.
• Safely remove, transfer, and reinstall drum pumps during drum changes.
• Assist with organizing outgoing shipments for USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
• Sort, stage, and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of production, warehouse, and shipping areas.
• Remove trash and recycling materials throughout the facility.
• Assist shipping associates with packing and fulfillment during busy periods.
• Help organize inventory, shipping supplies, and warehouse materials.
• Support other production, warehouse, and shipping functions as assigned.

Experience

• Prior warehouse experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Knowledge of packaging processes and assembly techniques highly desirable
• Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using hand tools and performing basic repairs
• Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklift equipment is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
