Job Description
As a Quality Control Associate, you will play a critical role in upholding our reputation for excellence. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every order is picked correctly, double-checking items for accuracy and quality before they are packed and shipped. To be great at quality control, you must first understand picking, packing, and other key warehouse processes. By learning the full workflow, you will develop the knowledge and attention to detail needed to identify errors and ensure our customers receive exactly what they have ordered. You’ll handle orders ranging from large, simple pieces to hundreds of small items that look similar but have slight variances that you’ll need to recognize. Your keen attention to detail will help maintain our high standards.
The Quality Control Associate is responsible for verifying the accuracy of picked orders and ensuring they meet our quality standards before final packaging. You will work closely with the warehouse team to inspect products, confirm order accuracy, and carefully pack items to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. While your main focus will be quality control, you will also assist in picking and packing orders as well as other tasks as needed.
