Warehouse Quality Control Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Quality Control Supervisor to lead our quality assurance efforts within the warehouse environment. In this role, you will oversee daily operations related to inventory accuracy, process improvements, and compliance with safety standards. Your leadership will ensure that all products are handled efficiently, accurately, and safely, supporting our commitment to excellence in logistics and distribution. Key Responsibilities

1. Product Inspection: Inspect and test products to ensure they meet the company’s quality standards. This includes checking for defects and ensuring compliance with specifications.

2. Defect Identification: Identify defects in products and recommend improvements to the production process to enhance quality and efficiency.

3. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control processes. Document any discrepancies and report them to management.

4. Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse and supplier teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.

5. Continuous Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives and training programs to enhance quality control processes and ensure the highest level of product quality and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or non-conformities in products or materials
• Previous experience in quality control or a related field is required.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with team members and management regarding quality issues and improvements.
• Ability to use computer systems and software to input and analyze data related to quality control
• Knowledge of quality control tools and techniques, such as statistical process control and root cause analysis
• Excellent communication skills to work with other members of the warehouse team and provide feedback to suppliers and vendors
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects as needed in a warehouse setting

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
