Warehouse Receiving Check-In Coordinator

Position Summary

The Warehouse Check-In Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting daily final-mile delivery operations by managing the return process of delivery teams. This position is responsible for accurately checking in drivers, products, equipment, and paperwork, ensuring all information is properly documented in R.A.S. Logistics and client systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and oversee the check-in process for all returning delivery trucks

• Verify returned products, delivery paperwork, and equipment for accuracy and completeness

• Check in routes and paperwork through client systems (including GE Delivers, where applicable) to ensure timely and accurate payment to R.A.S. Logistics

• Track delivery team return times and ensure adherence to scheduled time frames

• Document delivery status and discrepancies in company and client systems

• Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and operations leadership regarding issues or missing items

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization, both inside and outside the facility

• Respond to customer or internal inquiries related to deliveries and returns

• Support compliance and operational reporting as needed

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or delivery operations experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer skills and comfort using logistics or warehouse systems

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift items as required in a warehouse setting
