The Role You will be the point person for all incoming goods. Your primary mission is to ensure that our inbound freight is received, accurately counted, quality-checked, and safely stocked so our fulfillment team can operate efficiently.

Important Note: We are a fast-paced, high-growth startup, which requires an "all-hands-on-deck" mentality. When inbound operations are fully caught up, you will be expected to cross-train and assist the team with order picking, packing, and general fulfillment duties.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

  • System Updates: Accurately log received inventory into our internal Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Stock & Organize: Transfer received items to designated backstock and front-picking locations, strictly adhering to First-In, First-Out (FIFO) methods for our supplement products.
  • Audit & Inventory Control: Conduct weekly and monthly cycle counts to maintain absolute inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain Facility Standards: Keep the receiving dock, backstock areas, and equipment clean, safe, and organized (including breaking down boxes and pallet management).
  • Returns Processing: Handle incoming customer returns and undeliverable packages. Inspect items for condition and expiration, update the system, and route for restock or disposal accordingly.
  • Team Support: Flex into picking, packing, and outbound fulfillment workflows whenever the inbound queue is clear.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements):

  • Reliability: You demonstrate consistent punctuality and readiness to work.
  • Attention to Detail: You possess strong counting skills and the ability to catch minor SKU variations before they hit the picking shelves.
  • Physical Capability: You have the ability to safely lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the duration of your shift.
  • Team Player: You leave your ego at the door and are willing to handle diverse warehouse tasks to help the team meet daily shipping targets.

Nice-to-Haves (Not Required, but a Plus!):

  • Previous experience in warehousing, inventory control, returns, or receiving.
  • A valid Forklift license.
  • Experience with food-grade, cosmetics, or supplement warehousing (understanding lot codes and expiration dates).

What We Offer:

  • Pay: $23.50 – $24.00 per hour.
  • Equity: Stock options in a fast-growing, venture-backed startup.
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
