Warehouse Representative

Supports the day to day warehouse, receiving & shipping tasks. Performs and handles all kinds of processes in the area and creates related documentation according to established guidelines

In this role, you will support supply chain and warehouse operations by ensuring data accuracy, inventory integrity, and efficient material flow across ERP systems and physical warehouses. Working under supervision, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain reliable processes that enable operational excellence and support our broader mission.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Maintain data integrity and consistency of item records within ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
  • Ensure stock accuracy within assigned warehouse or storage areas.
  • Perform routine data entry and complete process‑related documentation in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Secure required approvals and feedback from stakeholders, including Administration and Telecom teams.
  • Support and contribute to strategies that improve pick, pack, and overall warehouse process efficiency.
  • Assist with testing ERP tools and enhancements as part of the system development life cycle, as needed.
  • Participate in internal and external Supply Chain Management (SCM) strategy meetings and other departmental meetings.
  • Perform inventory counts and inventory bookings within the ERP system.
  • Coordinate material flow between internal and external warehouse locations.
  • Pick, stage, and commission work orders and sales orders to support operational and customer requirements.
  • Support receiving activities, including documentation and system updates, in alignment with standard operating procedures.

What We Look For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or supply chain support, preferably in a regulated or technology‑enabled environment.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems and basic data entry processes.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and process adherence.
  • Ability to follow established procedures while adapting to changing priorities and operational needs.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and processes under supervision.
  • Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and alignment with company policies and standards.
