Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of raw materials, components, and supplies.

Organize and maintain warehouse layout to optimize space utilization and improve material flow.

Monitor inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and support inventory audits to ensure accuracy.

Maintain proper documentation for material movements, shipping, and receiving activities.

Collaborate with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability.

Adhere to safety standards and participate in warehouse safety programs.

Identify opportunities to improve warehouse operations and implement best practices.

Support compliance with ISO standards, quality procedures, and company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience as a Warehouse Specialist or in a similar role in a manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling.

Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred).

Good knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse settings.

Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Bachelor's degree
