About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Bilingual Warehouse Specialist to join our operations team. This role is responsible for receiving, organizing, and managing warehouse materials while supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities
Receiving & Inventory

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments

Organize and label inventory according to company procedures

Perform scheduled and unscheduled inventory counts

Material Handling

Move pallets, materials, and finished goods throughout the warehouse

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery

Stage materials for production and shipping

Warehouse Organization

Maintain clean, safe, and well-organized storage areas

Assist in optimizing warehouse layout and processes

Ensure product and materials are stored safely and properly

Operations Support

Support daily warehouse and production activities

Assist team members and supervisors with operational needs

Follow all safety guidelines and company policies

Waste & Trash Management

Handle trash disposal, recycling, and waste removal

Keep work areas free of debris and hazards

Requirements

Bilingual: English & Spanish (required)

Forklift experience or certification

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Experience in warehouse, receiving, or material handling

Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with inventory systems or barcode scanners

Familiarity with OSHA warehouse safety standards

Experience operating reach trucks or order pickers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
