Warehouse Specialist Full-Time

Job description:

Job Summary:This is a hands-on, flexible warehouse role focused on receiving, inspecting, and processing inbound freight, while also supporting inventory management and general warehouse operations. The position requires adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties (may include, but are not limited to):

• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Unload inbound freight and verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
• Inspect and QC incoming inventory for damage, shortages, and discrepancies; document and report any issues
• Process, record, and complete all receiving documentation and paperwork accurately in ERP/WMS systems via computer and mobile device
• Stage, sort, and put away incoming product in designated locations
• Coordinate with purchasing, inventory teams, and Corporate via email to resolve discrepancies
• Process RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations)
• Down-stock and replenish inventory as needed
• Perform cycle counts
• Clean and organize the receiving area and workstation
• Follow procedures and work instructions accurately
• Meet receiving deadlines by prioritizing tasks
• Participate in mandatory quarterly and year-end physical inventory counts
• Perform other job-related duties as required

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• English proficiency (written and verbal) required; bilingual is a plus
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse or receiving experience
• Prior forklift and pallet jack experience required (certification a plus)
• Experience with ERP and WMS systems preferred
• Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, and DHL shipping software is a plus
• Must be able to pass a post-offer background check

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8–10 hours per shift
• Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, and kneel
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday
• Occasionally Saturdays
• Overtime required as needed

Job Type: Full-time
