Job Title: Warehouse & Logistics Manager (Flower Industry)
Job Overview
The Warehouse & Logistics Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end warehouse, stock, and distribution operations for fresh flowers. This role ensures cold-chain compliance, inventory accuracy, cost-effective transportation, and high service levels across retail, supermarket, petrol station, and online channels. The position plays a critical role in minimizing waste, optimizing delivery performance, and supporting business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse & Stock Management
- Lead daily warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, stock control, and waste management
- Ensure proper storage conditions for flowers with strict cold-chain compliance and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO)
- Monitor stock levels, inventory accuracy, and wastage reduction initiatives
- Supervise stock counts, reconciliations, and ERP/WMS data accuracy
- Ensure inventory availability aligns with sales forecasts and seasonal demand
Distribution & Transportation
- Optimize delivery schedules and routing for supermarkets, petrol stations, and online channels
- Manage fleet performance, maintenance, utilization, and transportation costs
- Ensure achievement of on-time delivery KPIs and resolve service failures
- Manage relationships with transport partners and 3PL providers, where applicable
Process, Cost & Performance Management
- Identify and drive operational efficiency improvements and cost-control initiatives
- Track and analyze logistics KPIs including on-time delivery, cost per unit, waste percentage, and inventory accuracy
- Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Collaborate with finance to manage and control the logistics and warehouse budget
Team Leadership
- Manage, train, and develop warehouse and logistics teams
- Build a performance-driven culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Planning, and Production teams to align logistics with business needs
- Support commercial teams with data on lead times, stock availability, and logistics performance
- Act as the logistics point of contact for key clients when required
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field
- 5–10+ years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations
- Experience in flowers, fresh produce, FMCG, or perishable goods preferred
- Strong knowledge of cold-chain operations, inventory management, and distribution

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
