Warehouse Stocker

Position Summary

The Warehouse Stocker is responsible of the efficient functioning of our warehouse,

specializing in plastic, PVC, and CPVC fabrication parts used in plumbing systems. This

role involves comprehensive management and meticulous organization of stock,

ensuring that all inventory is accurately recorded and verified, safely stored, and

readily accessible. By maintaining high standards of accuracy and organization, the

Warehouse Stocker directly supports the overall efficiency of warehouse operations and

contributes to seamless supply chain processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Stock Management:
  • Stock incoming products promptly and accurately.
  • Verify product counts for each order to ensure accuracy.
  • Organize products systematically, ensuring that bin labels are visible and correct.

Inventory Organization:

  • Down stack and stock shelves with overstock material using stock pickers and
  • forklifts.
  • Ensure that all products are stored in an orderly manner to facilitate easy access
  • and efficient inventory management.

Work Area Maintenance:

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Coordinate and manage the daily disposal of trash and recyclables.
  • Ensure that the boneyard and dock areas are kept clear of debris and
  • obstructions.

Collaboration:

  • Assist other departments as needed to support overall warehouse operations

and ensure correct workflow.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

Prior experience in warehouse operations or stock management is beneficial.

Attention to detail and accuracy in handling and verifying stock.

Proficiency in operating stock pickers, forklifts, and others warehouse equipment.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain an orderly work environment.

Good communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and other

departments.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
