Warehouse Storekeeper

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Storekeeper / Warehouse Executive to manage and maintain our warehouse operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in inventory management, stock control, and Odoo ERP system, with the ability to handle data entry and reporting tasks accurately using IT tools.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials, tools, and equipment.

· Perform daily entries in Odoo ERP for GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and DSM (Daily Stock Movement) updates.

· Monitor and maintain stock levels to ensure timely replenishment of materials.

· Coordinate with Procurement and Project Teams for material issuance and returns.

· Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.

· Ensure warehouse housekeeping, safety, and organization are maintained at all times.

· Generate stock reports and share updates with management as required.

· Manage company assets and update asset data regularly in Odoo.

Requirements:

· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or store-keeping roles, preferably in construction or manufacturing.

· Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (mandatory).

· Strong computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, and email communication).

· Good understanding of GRN, DSM, and stock reconciliation processes.

· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Ability to work independently with attention to detail and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field.

· Previous experience in modular construction or prefabrication industry will be an advantage.
