Warehouse Storekeeper / Data Entry Clerk

The Warehouse Storekeeper / Data Entry Clerk is responsible for managing inventory, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring timely data entry of all warehouse transactions. This role supports smooth warehouse operations by tracking incoming and outgoing goods and maintaining organized records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products
  • Issue materials as per requests and maintain proper documentation
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs and computer systems
  • Perform data entry of stock receipts, issues, transfers, and returns
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records
  • Prepare inventory reports and submit them to management
  • Ensure proper labeling, storage, and cleanliness of warehouse areas
  • Coordinate with purchasing, production, and logistics teams
  • Follow company procedures, safety rules, and inventory control standards

Requirements & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma in logistics or supply chain is a plus)
  • Proven experience as a storekeeper, warehouse assistant, or data entry clerk
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory software, ERP systems)
  • Good knowledge of inventory management practices
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting or stock valuation
  • Ability to lift and move materials when required

Full Time: 9:00 to 9:00 (One Hour Break)
Day Off: Friday
Salary: 200 to 250 We Offer Only Salary
