Warehouse Supervisor

Position Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on and organized Warehouse Technician Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and support both project logistics and trading activities. The ideal candidate will maintain a well-organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment while ensuring proper handling, maintenance, and dispatching of company-owned equipment and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse Operations (80%) – Project Equipment Handling

• Receive, inspect, and log all equipment returned from projects.
• Clean, maintain, and store tools and materials properly.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on equipment.
• Prepare and dispatch equipment for upcoming projects according to schedule.
• Maintain accurate inventory and tracking records for tools, test kits, and field equipment.
• Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
• Coordinate with project teams for incoming and outgoing materials.
• Verify all equipment meets operational standards before dispatch.

2. Trading Operations (20%) – Order Fulfillment

• Handle client orders efficiently, ensuring timely receiving and dispatching of traded materials.
• Verify accuracy and condition of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Coordinate deliveries with logistics providers and update shipment records.

3. Administration & Reporting

• Maintain up-to-date inventory and material movement logs.
• Monitor stock levels and arrange replenishment of consumables.
• Support inventory audits and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a technical or MEP environment .
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude for maintenance and basic repairs.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills .
• Experience with inventory management systems or ERP tools .
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack).
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive in maintaining a safe, tidy workspace.
