Warehouse Supervisor

· Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of outgoing goods and ensure they are properly logged into the inventory management system.

· Coordinate with the inventory control team to manage stock levels and avoid shortages or overstock situations.

· Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss and maximize efficiency.

· Conduct regular cycle counts and periodical physical inventory audits.

· Shipping and Receiving: Oversee the picking, packing, and dispatching process for all outgoing shipments

· Ensure that orders are accurately filled and meet quality standards before shipment.

· Coordinate with shipping carriers and logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods

· Prepare shipping documentation, including packing lists, and all necessary paperwork.

· Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers

· Communicate effectively with team members, providing clear instructions and feedback

· Safety and Security: Promote a culture of safety within the warehouse, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

· Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.

· Ensure all warehouse equipment is properly maintained and in safe working condition.

· Record-keeping: Maintain accurate records of all outgoing warehouse transactions, including receipts, shipments, and inventory levels. Prepare reports on warehouse activity as needed.

· Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy as well as reduce cost in warehouse operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
