Warehouse Lead / Operations Supervisor (High-Performance Role)

We are a fast-growing e-commerce fulfillment operation processing over 100,000+ orders per year. This is not a basic warehouse job — we are looking for a leader who can take control of operations, drive performance, and build a strong team.

### Responsibilities:

- Lead daily warehouse operations (picking, packing, shipping)

- Manage and hold accountable a team of 10–25 employees

- Drive performance metrics:

- Pick rate

- Order accuracy

- Throughput / orders per hour

- Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements

- Enforce organization, cleanliness, and discipline on the floor

- Ensure same-day shipping deadlines are met consistently

### Requirements:

- 3+ years in warehouse leadership (NOT just worker experience)

- Experience managing teams of 10+ people

- Strong personality — able to lead, enforce standards, and correct behavior

- Experience in high-volume fulfillment (e-commerce, 3PL, Amazon, UPS, etc.)

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

### Compensation:

- Base salary: $45,000 – $65,000 (based on experience)
