JJob Description / Responsibility

• Staff Management : Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse employees to ensure productivity and adherence to procedures.
• Inventory Control : Oversee the management of stock, ensuring accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
• Operations Oversight : Direct and coordinate the entire end-to-end warehouse process, from inbound receiving to outbound shipping.
• Safety and Compliance : Enforce health and safety procedures, conduct risk assessments, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Coordination and Communication : Work with other departments to ensure efficient and timely order fulfillment and delivery.
• Maintenance : Coordinate periodic maintenance of warehouse facilities and equipment.
• Performance Monitoring : Track key performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor/Honors
• Skills Required: Warehouse Management, Warehouse operations

Experience Requirements

• 5 to 10 year(s)
