JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage warehouse activities including inventory movement, storage planning,

documentation, and coordination with logistics teams.

• Oversee facility management tasks such as routine inspections, utilities coordination,

housekeeping supervision, and vendor engagement.

• Conduct mechanical equipment installation, repair and maintenance, preventive checks,

breakdown analysis, and service scheduling.

• Maintain compliance with safety procedures, equipment operating guidelines, and internal

SOPs.

• Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new systems or machinery as required.

• Prepare daily and weekly reports on warehouse, facility, and maintenance activities.

• Coordinate with procurement, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth site operations.

• Identify improvement opportunities and implement simple, workable solutions.

• Manage on-site labour, technicians, and contract workers with clear instructions and

accountability.

• Respond promptly to operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
