About the Role:
Divine Hindu is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations, ensure timely dispatch of orders, and supervise a small team. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and can maintain accuracy and efficiency in inventory and order management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, packing, and dispatch.
• Manage a team of warehouse associates and helpers.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery readiness.
• Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and sales teams for smooth workflow.

Requirements / Skills:

• Proven experience in warehouse supervision or operations.
• Ability to manage a team and handle daily operational challenges.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems or basic ERP/Excel.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety and compliance practices.

Reporting:
Reports to Warehouse Manager / Operations Head.
