Job Purpose:

The Warehouse System Operator is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate data within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP platform. The role ensures that all warehouse transactions — including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch — are correctly recorded, tracked, and reported in real-time to support efficient supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP for all warehouse activities.
• Record and verify inbound and outbound transactions in the system accurately and timely.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports (inventory levels, stock movement, etc.).
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate scanning, labeling, and system updates.
• Monitor system alerts and resolve data discrepancies between physical and system stock.
• Support inventory control and cycle counting activities to ensure system accuracy.
• Create and manage system documentation, such as goods receipts, transfer orders, and dispatch notes.
• Assist in troubleshooting system errors and coordinate with IT or system support teams for resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company data accuracy and operational procedures.
• Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements for warehouse efficiency.
