About the Role

We’re looking for a Warehouse Team Member who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your primary focus will be picking, packing, and shipping customer orders accurately and efficiently. You’ll also cross-train in other warehouse areas and contribute to process improvement projects.

What You’ll Do

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders for same-day delivery
• Operate forklifts safely to move products and load trucks
• Use ProShip software and ERP systems to process and track shipments
• Follow standard work for labeling, overpacking, and palletizing
• Obtain or maintain Dangerous Goods and IATA shipping certification
• Support warehouse operations (Amazon fulfillment, purchasing, receiving)
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving projects

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma (required)

• 3+ years’ experience in a distribution or warehouse environment (preferred)

• Forklift operation experience (certification a plus)

• Strong computer and math skills

• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
