Warehouse Worker

Job Summary

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of goods. This role ensures smooth warehouse operations, safety compliance, accurate stock control, and timely delivery to meet organizational and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily warehouse operations.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure safe and efficient storage and dispatch of goods.
• Supervise warehouse staff, assign duties, and monitor performance.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams.
• Implement warehouse safety standards and maintain compliance.
• Optimize space utilization and workflow efficiency.
• Track KPIs (order accuracy, on-time dispatch, stock turnover).
• Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and scheduling.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
