Warehouse Worker

Job Summary

We are in search of a good person with a strong work ethic to help out around our material shop. We are a plumbing/sprinkler construction company that has been in business for over 40 years in the Rochester area. Primary duties will be general warehouse tasks. Some tasks are as follows:

-Pulling and gathering of material for various jobs.

-Picking up and delivering material to and from jobs.

-Helping supervisor maintain stock accuracy and organization

-Sweep and mop warehouse floors as well as general cleaning of shop

-Maintain property lawn

-Assist with minor building repairs

-Opportunity to assist mechanics in the field as a helper, potentially leading to higher opportunities and pay with company

-Washing and cleaning interior of delivery trucks

Applicants should have no lifting restrictions, as some equipment and material may be heavy. A valid and clean driver's license in NYS is required. No prior work experience in the trades are needed, but welcomed. OSHA 10 hour safety training is required but if you do not have it, paid training will be given.

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
