Job Duties:

· Safety – Safely driving a company delivery vehicle

· Inspections – Pre- & post-trip inspections of delivery vehicle plus, complete truck maintenance check list on a daily basis

· Inventory – Verify inventory counts when delivering product to customers

· Product – Maintain back stock of product in each account, rotate stock keep FIFO inventory method, stocking shelves at each account

· Records – Keeping accurate records of invoices for each account

· Customer Service – Service customer accounts in a professional manner; drivers have direct contact with our customers

· Communication – Ability to understand and effectively communicate, verbally and written

· All other – Duties are subject to change at the discretion of APP, to accommodate the changes and needs of the industry and our customers

Job Requirements:

· Pre-employment testing of controlled substances:

o Must test negative for the presence of controlled substances to be further considered for employment with APP Distributing.

· Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record:

o Candidates with more than three (3) traffic violations/convictions, a DUI or license suspension within the past three (3) years will be automatically disqualified for consideration for employment with APP.

· Repetitive climbing and lifting:

o Ability to climb in and out of trucks and lifting up to 50 pounds of products is essential.

· Schedule:

o Works schedule is Monday – Friday; Start and end times for route are to be determined when route is defined. The schedule will adjust as needed to accommodate all accounts and their product.

· Appearance:

o No earrings or facial jewelry is allowed. Shirts must be tucked in.

· Verification:

o All applicants must submit the following information along with their resume:

§ 3 previous employers and reason for leaving

§ A list of any accidents in the previous 3 years
