Warranty Claims Specialist

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warranty Claims Specialist to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing warranty claim submissions and diagnosis and repair of air guns and firearms. Your expertise will help streamline the claims process and enhance customer satisfaction. This position offers flexibility and self-management. Must have firearms related experience and be dependable.

Duties

• Review and manage warranty claims for firearms and air guns
• Diagnose problems and replace parts or perform basic repairs
• Communicate with customers via email and phone to answer questions and provide status of returned products or parts requests
• Maintain detailed records of all warranty claims processed, including status updates and resolution notes.
• Maintain and track inventory of warranty products and parts
• Must have availability to fill in for scheduled vacation days for warehouse employees and assist with warehouse duties as needed.

Skills

• MUST have firearm and air gun knowledge to perform basic repairs and parts replacement.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Outlook
• Ability to maintain meticulous records.
• Strong communication skills to answer customer inquiries via phone and email
• Time management and ability to work independently required
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
