Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable professional to join our team as a . This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, is confident working with financial data, and enjoys solving discrepancies.

You will work directly with our Warranty Manager to post dealership payments, reconcile financial records, and help ensure claims are processed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

· Enter and post financial data related to dealer payments in a timely and accurate manner

· Reconcile warranty claims with dealer payments to identify and resolve discrepancies

· Assist in tracking outstanding payments and managing claim records

· Communicate with internal team members to clarify missing or inconsistent data

· Maintain organized documentation and support monthly reporting as needed

· Support the Warranty Manager on special projects and routine administrative tasks

Qualifications

· Prior experience in data entry, accounting support, or warranty administration required

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy is a must

· Ability to work independently and handle confidential information

· Excellent communication and organizational skills

· Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required
