- Process and submit warranty claims to Triumph Motorcycles as per manufacturer policies and timelines.
- Verify VIN eligibility, warranty coverage, service history, and supporting documents (job cards, diagnostic reports, photos, failed parts retention).
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians for accurate complaint coding and adherence to standard repair times (SRT).
- Track claim approvals, rejections, and resubmissions to maintain high acceptance rates.
- Manage recalls, service campaigns, and goodwill cases as per Triumph directives.
- Reconcile warranty receivables with accounts and ensure timely claim settlements.
- Maintain warranty MIS reports (claim ratio, recovery %, aging, rejection analysis).
- Ensure readiness for manufacturer audits and compliance checks.
