Warranty In-charge

• Review and process all incoming warranty claims, including verifying customer eligibility, vehicle service history, and ensuring proper documentation (e.g., repair orders, labor codes, failure codes, and part numbers).
• Prepare and submit warranty claims to the manufacturer or third-party providers in a timely manner, adhering to all submission deadlines and technical guidelines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for service advisors and technicians, providing guidance on proper warranty repair procedures and documentation.
• Manage and resolve complex or escalated customer warranty issues and complaints, providing clear explanations of coverage and policy terms.
