• Tommy Car Wash is searching for a Wash Tech Associate/Shift Lead for our car wash in our Aberdeen, SD location.
• We are looking for that associate who is initiative-taking, customer oriented, team player and who is looking for an opportunity to grow with our company.
• This individual must have customer service background and can bring motivation to a team of associates, have a customer service back ground and willing to adapt to a business with growth potential.
• The individual will possess the qualities of a LEADER, take charge and strive for excellence.
• Must follow policy and procedures for high quality at this site.
• This position will also be part of a whole team of Wash Techs who do maintenance and other duties are required, sales at the window will also be required.
• A maintenance background is a plus for this position, with a sales background as well.
• This position will need to be flexible with business hours for maximum coverage.

Sales Associate

Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to our customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives

Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in sales and a maintenance background
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
