Waste Management & Equipment Operator

ATB Solutions LLC is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious individual to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the collection, processing, and efficient management of recyclable materials and waste. You will be operating heavy machinery and ensuring our facility remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Material Collection: Start your shift at 6:00 AM by collecting cardboard and other recyclables from designated areas.
• Equipment Operation: Efficiently process cardboard using the baler machine and assist in the operation of the crusher machine, strictly adhering to all safety protocols.
• Waste Processing: Sort and process waste materials according to company guidelines to ensure efficient disposal.
• Forklift Operation: Safely operate a forklift to move heavy materials, load/unload trucks, and organize the warehouse/yard.
• Site Maintenance: Keep the work area free of debris and trash; ensure a clean, safe, and orderly environment throughout the shift.
• Requirements:
• Reliability: Must be punctual and ready to start work at 6:00 AM sharp.
• Experience: Previous experience operating a forklift is required. (Valid certification is a plus).
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift heavy objects as needed.
• Safety Focused: Strong commitment to following industrial safety rules and procedures.
• Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and follow instructions effectively.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
