Position: Waste Procurement & Supply Specialist – Cement Plants

Location: Delhi

You will be responsible for:

• Identify, develop & create strategic alliances and long-term agreements with cement plants and

waste producers.

• Develop & implement a comprehensive strategy to expand the business reach in the cement

industry to supply the required raw material.

• Create an innovative approach to handle the supply problem of the Pre- processing & co-

processing of waste in cement kilns.

• Ensure continuous visits to the waste producers/ municipal authorities / recyclers to sustain the

long-term relationship

• Identify potential customers, and explore new business opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing, logistics, and treatment costs to reduce fuel and raw material expenses
• Maintain proper documentation, their update in CRM and ensuring traceability
• Knowledge of waste calorific value, moisture, and contaminant specifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years' prior industry related business procurement and supply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful strategies
