Position Overview

EZ Waste Movers is hiring reliable Waste Removal Technicians to assist with cleanouts and removal work in hospital, apartment, commercial, and residential environments.

This role involves physical labor and approved waste removal no construction, demolition, remediation, or repair work is performed.

Employment is at-will under Virginia law. This position does not guarantee minimum hours.

Core Responsibilities

• Remove, load, and transport approved waste and debris

• Perform unit, room, and area cleanouts

• Provide broom-clean service after removal

• Protect walls, fixtures, and common areas

• Follow all safety and stop-work procedures

• Take before/during/after photos using a smartphone

Physical & Technical Requirements

• Ability to lift 75+ lbs with assistance

• Comfortable working in stairwells, elevators, and tight spaces

• Reliable smartphone required

• Ability to safely operate rental box trucks when required (valid driver’s license required for driving assignments)

• Must follow all PPE and safety requirements

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour
