Watchman

Responsible for monitoring premises, Maintaining security standards, controlling access, and ensuring the general maintenance/cleanliness of the assigned property. This is typically a full-time, high-responsibility role involving 12-hour shift

• Security & Patrol: Patrol premises to prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, or fire hazards.
• Access Control: Monitor entrance and exit points, verify visitor identity, and maintain records of visitors and vehicles.
• Surveillance: Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems to identify suspicious activity.
• Emergency Response: Act as the first responder during emergencies (fire, medical, security threats), ensuring proper evacuation procedures and notifying authorities.
• Maintenance & Cleaning: Depending on the role (e.g., "Watchman cum Cleaner"), perform daily cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and ensuring the premises are tidy.
• Reporting: Report any incidents, technical issues, or damages to management immediately.
• Tenant/Visitor Assistance: Assist residents or visitors with inquiries or access issues.
