Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Watchman to safeguard premises, assets, and personnel. The successful candidate will monitor property access, conduct routine patrols, maintain security records, and ensure a safe and secure environment at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control entry and exit of visitors, staff, and vehicles.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify security risks or unusual activities.
• Protect company property and assets from theft, damage, or unauthorized access.
• Report incidents, accidents, and suspicious activities to management.
• Maintain daily security logs and records.
• Ensure gates, doors, and designated areas are properly secured.
• Assist in emergency situations and follow established security procedures.
• Provide basic customer service and directions to visitors when required.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Watchman, Security Guard, or similar role is preferred.
• Good observation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and remain alert during shifts.
• Physically fit and able to conduct patrol duties.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
