What will your mission be?

The main mission of the position is to lead and collaborate as a specialist in projects related to the integral water cycle, with a particular focus on work orders.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Work closely with utility clients to understand operational processes and translate them into effective work order management and asset management workflows.

• Management of customer relationships.

• Coordination of the different specialties involved in the execution/implementation of a project: software developers, data architects, implementers, GIS department, etc.

• Collaboration in software development, contributing experience in the water sector, focused on work orders for a utility company. Preventive maintenance plans, corrective actions, etc.

• Collaboration with the company’s organization to ensure the efficiency of internal processes and to promote working and decision-making methods that help improve productivity, customer service, and product quality.

• Compliance with internal methodologies and processes defined by the organization.

What will make you stand out?

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Industrial, or Environmental Engineering.

• High level of English required.

• Over 4 years of experience working in the operation of a water utility.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in international projects.

• Availability to travel.
