Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Service Technician/Water System Installer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing, setting up, and installing water filters, softeners, and drinking water systems. You'll be working directly with customers to ensure clean, quality water in their homes or businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, load, and set up equipment for installations and service appointments.
• Install water softeners, filtration systems, and drinking water systems.
• Perform basic plumbing and mechanical connections
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Ensure work area is clean and safe
• Troubleshoot and assist with system maintenance as needed
• Complete paperwork and service records accurately

Requirements:

• Mechanical aptitude and plumbing experience is a must.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in tight or elevated spaces
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Willing to learn — comprehensive training is provided
