Allied shows up when disasters do at any time: water damage at 2am. A mold-infested home that’s been gutted by a slow leak. A fire that turned someone’s whole world upside down. At Allied, we don’t just restore buildings—we restore people’s lives. If that kind of work fires you up, read on.
We’re looking for a Mitigation PM and/or Estimator—someone who can close a contract on-site AND negotiate a settlement with an insurance adjuster. This is a rare combo role for a rare kind of person. If you’re a closer, a doer, and a numbers person all wrapped into one, we built this role for you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Close the Deal: Respond to emergency calls, meet with property owners, and lock in signed Work Authorizations—fast.
- Estimate Like a Pro: Scope water, fire, mold, and biohazard losses and produce detailed estimates in Xactimate or Symbility.
- Own the Negotiation: Be the primary point of contact for insurance adjusters—negotiate hard, settle fair, and protect our margins.
- Run the Field: Manage daily schedules of field technicians and subcontractors. Send daily project updates. Keep jobs on track.
- Command Resources: Coordinate equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers), materials, and documentation—moisture logs, psychrometric charts, certificates of satisfaction.
- Close Every Loop: Make sure every project closes clean: final walkthroughs, complete documentation, invoiced within 48 hours of completion.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Restoration Experience: You’ve been in the field. You know what a Category 3 loss looks like. Xactimate, Symbility, IICRC—these aren’t buzzwords to you.
- A Natural Closer: You can walk a homeowner through a contract and an adjuster through a scope in the same afternoon.
- Estimating Chops: You know how to read a loss and build an estimate that holds up under scrutiny. Insurance experience is a huge plus.
- The Hustle: You take pride in doing things right the first time, stay curious, and never stop learning.
- Self-Directed Operator: You don’t need hand-holding. You make decisions, move fast, and flag problems before they become disasters.
THE BONUS STRUCTURE (BECAUSE YOU EARN IT)
This isn’t a flat-salary-and-pray situation. We built a bonus structure that rewards speed, quality, and performance—because when you win, Allied wins. Your compensation package includes bonuses for:
- Speed Bonus: When the Work Authorization is signed on the day of inspection. $25 for same week.
- Completion Bonus: Upon securing a signed Certificate of Satisfaction and invoicing within 2 business days.
- Large Loss Bonus
- Estimating Bonus
- Contents Project Settlement Bonus
Bonuses are paid monthly. You’ll receive a full breakdown of your projects before payout so there are no surprises—just results.
WHAT YOU’LL GAIN
- Real Compensation: Base salary + performance bonuses paid monthly. Bi-weekly paychecks. Solid benefits.
- A Career Path That Goes Somewhere: We’ve taken entry-level employees to management. This role is a natural bridge to senior estimating, project leadership, or ops. You’ll see it clearly.
- One Team Culture: Join a team that has your back. No politics. No silos. Just people who show up and get it done together.
- A Company on the Rise: Allied was recently acquired by Guardian, which means more resources, more locations, and more room to grow.
