Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide information about park attractions, safety rules, and scheduled events
• Monitor water attractions and surrounding areas to ensure safety standards are maintained at all times
• Enforce park policies related to guest behavior, safety regulations, and age restrictions with professionalism and confidence
• Handle cash transactions accurately for merchandise sales or food service points while maintaining accountability
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns, providing exceptional customer service and conflict resolution when needed
• Support lifeguard teams by observing water areas, performing rescues if necessary, and maintaining clear communication during emergencies

Qualifications

• Previous experience in lifeguarding or water safety is highly desirable
• Strong background in customer service, guest services, or hospitality environments with excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage conflicts effectively while maintaining a positive attitude
• Experience with event management or organizing activities is a plus
• Comfortable working with children and engaging with diverse audiences in a lively setting
• Basic cash handling skills with attention to accuracy during transactions
• Familiarity with food service operations or working within a resort environment is advantageous
• Must be available to work weekends
