The Role

As a Water Quality Consultant with High Quality Water & Air, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Arizona homeowners who have requested a complimentary water quality test through Home Depot. These are warm, engaged homeowners who have already raised their hand — your job is to educate, build trust, and present solutions that genuinely improve their quality of life.

This is consultative selling at its best. No pressure tactics. No cold knocking. Just meaningful conversations backed by science, a trusted brand, and a product that sells itself once homeowners see what's in their water.

Each day you will:

• Travel to pre-scheduled appointments generated through Home Depot
• Conduct in-home water quality tests and present the results
• Educate homeowners on the health and lifestyle impact of their water quality
• Present customized RainSoft water treatment solutions based on each homeowner's specific needs
• Close sales on a one-call basis using our proven consultative process
• Complete necessary paperwork and follow up with customers post-sale

Your Compensation — Your Choice

We understand that every sales professional is different. That is why we offer two paths:

Path 1 — Base + Commission Start with a guaranteed base salary plus commission — giving you stability and confidence while you learn our process and build momentum. After 90 days, top performers typically transition to full commission for unlimited earning potential.

Path 2 — Commission Only For seasoned professionals who know their value and want to maximize every dollar they earn. No cap. No limits. Your income is entirely in your hands.

You don't need water treatment experience to thrive here — but you do need to know how to connect with people, build trust quickly, and close confidently in someone's home.

You might be coming from:

• Home improvement sales — windows, roofing, solar, HVAC
• Home security — ADT, Vivint, or similar
• Pest control sales
• Any in-home or direct sales environment
