The City of Thomson, GA, is actively recruiting certified Water Treatment Operators. We have immediate openings for Class I, Class II, and Class III Certified Water Treatment Operators, as well as Water Treatment Operator Trainees. Signing bonuses of up to $10,000 and relocation assistance may be available for Certified Operators! The higher your certification and more experience you bring to the position, the larger the signing bonus and higher the amount paid to defray relocation expenses.

Thomson provides water treatment, wastewater treatment, and natural gas service to the 25,000 residents of McDuffie County which lies 30 miles from Augusta, GA, 100 miles from Columbia, SC, and 115 miles from Atlanta, GA.
