Water Utility Construction - Crew Foreman

Water utility construction company looking for an experienced Foreman to work on a small traveling crew on job sites across Texas building/upgrading water and wastewater treatment plants. We are looking for a motivated team leader driven to complete projects in a timely manner with minimal supervision. Ability to shoot grade is preferred but not required. Knowledge of Flange and mechanical joints is a must! We’re a GC and our crews do more than just piping. Not looking to train anyone.

Applicants that cannot meet the following need not apply.

• MUST have valid DL and clean record
• MUST have experience in flange and MJ fittings
• MUST be able to read blueprints
• MUST be willing to travel 3 nights per week all over texas
• MUST be able to pull a trailer.
• MUST have a good attitude
• MUST have reliable transportation to commute from your house to Marble Falls Texas every Monday morning and back home on Thursday evening.

Duties Consist of:

• Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety regulations and procedures are followed on the job site.
• Quality Control: Monitor and ensure the quality of work performed, addressing any issues that arise.
• Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance and operation of equipment used on the project.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors and superintendents.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the project, ensuring minimal delays.
• Training: Train new crew members on proper procedures and safety protocols.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress and activities.
• Coordination: Coordinate with other trades and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution

Must Have:

• Heavy Equipment Operation
• Mechanical Pipe Fitting
• Minimal Carpentry Work
• Dirt Work/ Grading
• Minimal Concrete
• Experienced Leadership Skills
• Knowledge of Blueprints
• Experience on Heavy Equipment
• Experience in Water/Wastewater Utility
• Valid Driver License
• Be able to Travel (Texas Only)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour plus per diem/lodging paid
