Waterproofing Technician

• Prepare surfaces for waterproofing, including cleaning, sanding, and priming.
• Apply waterproofing materials such as membranes, sealants, coatings, or sheets according to specifications.
• Install vapor barriers, drainage systems, and other moisture-control measures.
• Find and fix any leaks or water damage that is already there.
• Read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and technical documents.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations on job sites.
• Follow the site supervisor's instructions while working both individually and collaboratively.
