Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, professional, and career-minded Wax & Skin Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working toward goals and KPIs, loves client connection, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Candidates should feel confident performing intimate waxing services or be excited and motivated to become highly skilled through advanced training and coaching.

This is not an independent or solo-suite environment. We are looking for a team-oriented professional who values collaboration, accountability, continued education, and long-term growth within an established brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed full-body waxing services with a strong focus on Brazilian waxing, brow shaping, and facial waxing
• Deliver a luxury guest experience rooted in professionalism, comfort, and education
• Conduct thorough consultations, including contraindications, aftercare, and personalized recommendations
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, organization, and professionalism
• Educate clients on aftercare and homecare recommendations to support long-term results
• Meet and exceed performance goals including rebooking, guest retention, retail sales, and service KPIs
• Recommend retail products and service upgrades confidently and professionally
• Support front desk and studio operations including restocking, client flow, check-in/check-out, and housekeeping responsibilities
• Collaborate positively with team members to maintain a supportive and drama-free work environment
• Continue learning advanced waxing, skincare, and guest experience techniques through ongoing education and training

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid Tennessee Aesthetics or Cosmetology License
• Strong passion for waxing, skincare, and guest experience
• Ability to perform waxing services professionally and efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Experience with retail sales and client retention is a plus
• Experience with salon software and booking systems is preferred
